Returns & Refunds Policy
Introduction
At FashionEra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information on how to return items or request a refund.
Returns Eligibility
You are eligible to return an item if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is not on our non-returnable list (e.g., intimate wear, accessories, sale items).
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at fashionera.us@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- Ensure the item(s) are securely packed, along with the original receipt or packing slip.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, FashionEra will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you at no extra cost (if the exchange is due to a size or color difference). If the exchange is due to a change of mind, you will need to cover the shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at fashionera.us@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will offer a full refund or exchange for the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Intimate wear (e.g., lingerie, hosiery)
- Jewelry and accessories
- Sale or clearance items
Please ensure that the items you wish to return meet the return criteria before initiating the return process.
