Do you offer international shipping?
No, currently we only offer shipping within Pakistan.
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs 99 for all orders, including overnight shipping. Delivery times depend on your location:
  • Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3-5 business days

Yes, we offer overnight shipping at a flat rate of Rs 99 on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at fashionera.us@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please follow the same return process, and we'll arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost (except if the exchange is due to a change of mind).
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
