Returns Policy

At Fashion Era, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within [7] days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Please ensure that items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Note: Sales items are not refundable.

Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of the same value. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange and receive instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7days after receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
